About us
Glasgow Training Academy is a Qualifications Scotland approved centre, founded and led by Arfan Ul-Haq (Qualification Scotland Coordinator), with a dedicated team behind the delivery.
Arfan Ul-Haq leads the academy as Founder & Qualification Scotland (QS) Coordinator, alongside a dedicated team of Assessors, Internal Verifiers, Invigilators, and Administrators.
Speak to the academyArfan Ul-Haq has around 13-14 years in Glasgow's taxi and private hire trade. He built Glasgow Training Academy to give people a clear, supported route through the SCQF Level 5 certificate and into work, with the same practical approach he knows from the trade.
The handbook defines dedicated roles including Assessor, Internal Verifier, Academy Coordinator, Administrator and Invigilator. We present the structure honestly: a real team with clear roles, without inflating headcount.
